Code Crawler – 2.0 Beta Screenshots

I'm gonna release in the next few days a new major version of Code Crawler, the tool that the development is draining all my free time here in the old London. Uhm so, as you will see i've been spending some hours making the users graphical interface more likely to a relaxing enviroment.

We have some new features that turns usefull when you are dealing with a huge list of matches. The "Threats" Tab development has been taking a lot of time because i want to make something quick to see/read/understand.

The way how we store and retrive the informations about the OWASP Code Review Keypointers Database has been changed. We are now using an instance of a MS SQL Server 2005 Express edition.  The program weigh as been raised up due to the graphics and the database informations.

Let me know what you think, we have already some new features to add so we'll be thanking you for new questions and feedbacks.

Cheers

  1. Hi,

I am doing a reseach on code review tools for input validation, I have searched a lot but I have not been able to find a manual or documentation about OWASP code crawler, I am wondering if you can suggest resources for it?!

    Thanks a lot.
