[tools] Code Crawler, more to come

holland-parkCode Crawler development is still undergoing   and i'm planning to, hopefully, release the first major version of this tool on Tuesday Sunday.

Due to some heavy coding with my current job (yet another financial web service); I really can not spend much time as i like on  writing code crawler. Luckily i still have a spare of time which makes me develop the "cool to have" features i'd like to have in a "code review" software.

So what's new with Code Crawler?

  • Well, we now have an online reference embedded within Code Crawler, this make you able to surf&nbsp (and contribute) through OWASP Code Review Project site while reviewing your code.
  • Don't like the default keypointers? Want to add or remove some? You want to do it right now? You can do it! The tab "Loaded Words" its up for this. This is still what I'm working on, so if you catch some bugs, please, go back and start using the old fashioned way (just open the owasp_code_review_list.txt file with your favourite text editor).
  • Code Navigation has been improved.
